It happened on the 6th of May in Barcelona. Holalá Plaza hosted its first photography exhibition with BASED ON A TRUE STORY, Episode 1, by LANDRY. The pictures were intimate and private, subjective and contemplative. A story based on individual experience.
BASED ON A TRUE STORY, Episode 2 is set against a constant backdrop of music, bodily movements, gazes exchanged, desire and excess. The camera moves, quick and easy, through this collective experience. Boundaries are pushed before a lens that will never ask for permission or tolerate censorship because it is an integral part of the setting, because it belongs to the story of a group. BASED ON A TRUE STORY, Episode 2, is an excerpt from the documentary register of a particular generation, signed by Landry.

Ocurrió el 6 de mayo en Barcelona. Holalá Plaza inauguró su primera exposición fotográfica con BASED ON A TRUE STORY, Episode 1, by LANDRY. Las imágenes eran íntimas y personales, subjetivas y contemplativas. La historia estaba basada en una experiencia individual.
BASED ON A TRUE STORY, Episode 2 siempre tiene a la música como fondo, los movimientos de cuerpos, las miradas que se encuentran, los deseos y los excesos. Es en esta experiencia colectiva donde la cámara se mueve rápida y cómodamente. Los límites se expanden frente al objetivo, que no pide permisos ni admite censuras porque esta integrado en este paisaje, porque forma parte de la historia de un grupo. BASED ON A TRUE STORY, Episode 2, es un trozo de un registro documental de una generación particular, firmada por Landry.
